Head Coach Tom Bellak (“the man with a PhD in handshakes”) is one of our very best. He’s an expert in hypertrophy training and body composition, helping his clients decrease body fat and add muscle tissue. He’s also a Men’s Physique Champion.

Head Coach Tom Bellak has achieved a lot during his time at The Bunker. As well as one-on-one coaching, he leads classes, including Gun Show, Badass and Elite. And thanks to his own experience of competing in Men’s Physique, he started his own hypertrophy workshops for our Bunker members. Tom’s the master of making sure his sessions are challenging but achievable and fun.

I’m a vocal coach with a hands-on approach. I always like my client to know I’m there for them. I specialise in improving body composition and most importantly, technical form. If you are looking to drop body fat and add muscle tissue, then I’m the coach for you.

  1. Winner of Men’s Physique Body Power Competition 2018.
  2. Played Professional Rugby Union for Leicester Tigers. (along with representing England u19’s).
  3. I auditioned for Love Island UK. (and that’s where that journey ended).
