Liam McQuinn, Senior Personal Trainer, All Round Exercise Science Nerd, Resident Piece of Furniture at Fitness Playground, Newtown.

With over 5 years’ industry experience, Liam offers a wealth of knowledge in all things movement, injury and rehabilitation. Incorporating a mix of traditional strength training, functional movement and calisthenics, Liam brings an integrative approach that makes the process of rehabilitation a challenging yet fun and rewarding experience.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy around training is that enjoyment and education will be the biggest indicator for success. Rehabilitation can often be a dull and unrewarding experience and while there are always challenges to overcome; it doesn’t mean that the road to recovery can’t be fun and enjoyable. In my sessions I aim to build autonomy and knowledge while keeping things interesting. Working around injuries where we need to and promoting long-term recovery.
