Starting with a sporting background in Rugby and athletics, he moved onto compete in “Strongman” and also “Men’s Physique”. Dave has a decade’s worth of coaching experience in strength- and resistance-based training, which he uses to help clients bulletproof their bodies and overcome dysfunction.

3 FUN FACTS
2. Originally from the UK, I had a quarter-life crisis at 25, sold everything, bought a one-way ticket to Australia and never looked back.
3. I competed in Strongman at 100kg body weight, squatting 150kg for 23 reps, 200kg deadlift for 15 reps and 100kg bench for 18 reps, coming 1st place in the south west of England.
