Alex is a progressive trainer; he loves evolving as the fitness landscape does, delivering a mix of both traditional and contemporary forms of training. If you’ve been punk’d at the gym, Alex is likely the perp – he loves to make you laugh and is often the ringleader of a good-hearted prank.
